Double Winners at Xero Awards 2025! Harvest Accounting is named Digital Innovator of the Year and Partner of the Year – Singapore

Every year, the Xero Asia Awards recognise accounting and bookkeeping partners who empower the region’s small businesses to thrive.

This year, the award categories were revised to reflect the diversity of the partner community in Asia. Xero also introduced a new video submission format, giving partners the opportunity to tell their stories in their own words.

Harvest Accounting was named as a finalist in three categories at the Xero Awards Asia 2025.

August 7 was truly a special night. We were thrilled and just a little bit shocked to have been crowned the winners in two categories, from a field of very strong and inspiring Xero partners:

👑 Singapore Partner of the Year!!

It’s been an incredible journey since 2018 taking a leap of faith and starting a firm from scratch, while going all-in on Xero. From making our first hires, being named as a finalist for emerging partner of the year in 2019, and step by step growing to where we are today.

Every day brings new challenges (anything and everything can and does happen) and we’ve grown all the more stronger and capable from these experiences over the past seven years.

Here's a little bit about each award, what it stands for, and how Harvest have demonstrated these values.

Digital Innovator of the Year

This award recognises a practice that has revolutionised their entire practice through technology. How a practice has transformed its operations, culture and client services through digital innovation. Demonstrating practice-wide adoption of cutting-edge solutions that have measurably improved the performance of a practice.

Here are some highlights of our submission:

Harvest has assisted more than 140 clients to empower their business by adopting and migrating to Xero utilising the PSG grant.

Above our basic bookkeeping package, we offer an enhanced reporting package using Syft that is integrated with Xero and allows users to see their finances in a more visual and digestible format so they can spot trends and gain insights more easily.

For all new clients we prescribe the ideal accounting workflow, using Dext to work seamlessly with our clients, striving for a frictionless experience when collecting and requesting supporting documents and information, simply by taking a picture with their mobile phone.

Our entire team is Xero certified, and we hold monthly training sessions so our team can stay up to date in the ever evolving world of accounting.

Harvest is embracing AI and using it in our first layer review checklist process to not only save time, but for greater consistency and quality across the firm.

We're the only Singaporean firm in the Early Adopters Hub. An international group of accounting firms dedicated to solving accounting problems through tech, regularly participating with start-ups looking for testing and feedback groups.

We're so proud to be recognised as an accounting firm that is on the edge of technology, especially in these changing times where AI is a dominating topic.

Xero Partner of the Year – Singapore

The three awards, for Singapore, Malaysia and the rest of Asia, recognise Xero accounting partners based in Asia who’ve shown commitment to leading the way with Xero and have achieved significant success.

Here are some highlights of our submission:

Building on achievements and upgrades in digital innovation, this year we expanded into Malaysia and Philippines, becoming Xero partners in those countries, and sharing our knowledge with our teams based there.

We started a campaign called "It's a Great Day to Harvest", highlighting some of the many amazing small business owners and entrepreneurs we get to work with. In this series we share some of their stories and how Harvest Accounting has integrated into their vision and made accounting more effortless. We hope by sharing what Harvest has been able to do for their businesses in their own words carries more weight that what we could ever say ourselves.

We're deeply thrilled with this award. Xero has made massive contributions to small businesses in Singapore, and many have seen huge boosts in efficiency by moving their accounting to the cloud. At last count there were 280 Xero Advisors in Singapore, so we're super grateful to be recognised for the small part we have played in this mission.

Harvest Together

Seven years in, we can see how far we’ve come, but with this gained experience, it’s almost daunting to know how many areas we need to improve, the opportunities we want to capture, and the effort required to chase the goals we want to achieve.

We look forward to continuing to build Harvest Accounting with our proactive and growing young team.
