The PSG closed to new applications on 29 September 2026. Digital solution support now sits under the EDGE Grant. If you applied under PSG before then, your application continues to be processed and you can claim once your project is complete.

For pre-approved digital solutions like Xero, the EDGE Grant covers up to 50% of the qualifying cost. Each company can receive up to S$100,000 in EDGE support a year across all activities, with up to S$30,000 of that for digital solutions. The cap resets every 1 April. We confirm the support you can claim in your quotation.

It depends on the package. Our Xero packages range from the subscription on its own up to full setup, migration and training. They start from S$385 after grant support. The EDGE Grant covers up to 50% of the qualifying cost, so you pay less than the full price. Your quotation shows your exact figure.

Yes. Xero is a pre-approved accounting solution, and Harvest Accounting is a pre-approved vendor, so you can claim EDGE Grant support on your Xero setup through us.

Your business needs to be registered in Singapore and have at least 30% local shareholding held by Singapore citizens and/or PRs. We check your eligibility at the consultation.

You apply on the Business Grants Portal (BGP) using your company's Corppass. Apply before you pay or place a deposit, because the grant does not cover costs committed before you apply. With Harvest, request a quotation for your Xero solution, then submit the application yourself on the BGP.

We provide the quotation you need and guide you through the process. You submit the application yourself on the BGP using your company's Corppass, so the grant stays in your company's name, and you apply before paying us. Once your grant is approved, we set up and run Xero for you.

Processing time depends on the activity you apply for, and Enterprise Singapore publishes the timeline on the BGP. Apply early so the outcome lands before you need to start.

The EDGE Grant is paid on a reimbursement basis. Once your Xero project is complete and fully paid, you submit a claim on the BGP and the grant is paid to your company's bank account.
